The science behind the product:
Sometimes it can be challenging to obtain enough vitamin K2 through the diet. However, the effects of getting sufficient amounts of Vitamin K should not be underestimated.
Researchers in Rotterdam conducted a large clinical trial study on heart health, about vitamin K2. 4,800 study participants were enrolled in the seven-year-long study. [6,7]
It was revealed that people with proper intake of vitamin K2 had a 57% lower chance of dying from heart disease when compared to people who consumed much less vitamin K2. [6,7]
